​We're back! Refraction returns to Miami for a day-to-night session of talks, music and art. In partnership with new music streaming platform Sona, we're taking over Understory in Little River, celebrating the city's finest local and international culture. ​Joined by our friends at Miami Community Radio, Resident Advisor and Sona, the day will kick off with a series of talks digging into the future of creative collaboration, and the storied history of Miami's music scene. ​Resident Advisor will host their flagship Playing Favourites feature format, in which artists to speak about their favourite records in their collections. For this special live edition hosted at Refraction Miami, one of the architects of the Chicago house scene, Ron Trent, will step up for an exclusive listening session. ​As the sun sets, we've invited some of our favourite selectors to heat up the dance floor. Expect classics and curveballs from hometown heroes Milo Ziro and the MCR residents, and masterclass sets from Jubilee and Ron Trent. Come early for live A/V sets from Albert.DATA and The Glad Scientist, who join us in collaboration with Sonar+D and Instituto Ramón Llull.
